Terms & Conditions of Warranty: 

TEKTO warrants all new products manufactured by it to be free from
defects in material and workmanship under normal usage and service from the date of purchase as under:

• In case of emergency during the warranty period, the customer may lodge a service request at our Call Centre Ph. 180 027 49001.
• The Warranty period commences from the date of installation by the first end-user. During this Warranty period of one year, TEKTO Water Purifier Authorized Service Provider (ASP) will replace or repair any part of TEKTO water purifier.
• TEKTO Water Purifier ASP cannot and shall not be held liable for repair if customer made any alteration without prior approval.

• This Warranty Agreement excludes all products/ component parts or damage to any part of this water purifier which, in the opinion of TEKTO Water Purifiers Dealer or it’s ASP, have been subjected to misuse, misapplication, Negligence, alteration, accident or operation contrary to our instructions.

Servicing / Filters change

Maintenance
To ensure that the purifier operates at its optimum level. Routine maintenance must be performed. The frequency of the maintenance will greatly depend upon the raw water quality and consumption of treated water. Your TEKTO Water Purifier system has unique features, which require NO SERVICE VISIT. User can himself change filters/service the Purifier without the help of expert.
Steps to change the filter

Step-1

• Call the toll-free number 18002749001 for fresh set of filters.
• Filters will be provided at your door step.

Step-2

• Unplug you the power supply.
• Pull out the water tap knob gently.
• Press the knob provided both side of the Purifier to open the front glass.

Step-3

• Remove the all filters by rotating anti-clockwise.
• Take sediment filter & fix in 1st plug holder and turn clockwise.
• Take carbon filter and fix in 2nd plug holder and turn clockwise.
• Take ultra filter and fix in 3nd plug holder and turn clockwise.
